About approval of the Inspection routine of the issued technical and other means of rehabilitation which supply persons with disability, children with disability, other persons
According to Item 53 of the Procedure for ensuring rehabilitation of persons with technical and other means with disability, children with disability and other separate categories of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 05, 2012 No. 321, I order:
1. Approve the Inspection routine of the issued technical and other means of rehabilitation which supply persons with disability, children with disability, other persons which is applied.
2. To provide to department of social protection of persons with disability (A. Polyakov) in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister N. Fedorovich.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
