About approval of Changes in the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine

According to paragraph one of part six of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" and for the purpose of streamlining of payment of cash cover by the serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine approved by the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of May 20, 2008 No. 425, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2008 at No. 537/15228 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of forming of policy for authorities under control to the Minister and monitoring of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine colonel general Nazarenko V. A.
