About modification of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 23, 2014 No. 280 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 60, the Art. 1652), the following changes:
in item 4:
exclude subitem 7;
add Item with subitem 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1) will organize exchange of the data containing signs of use of work of not properly executed workers and violations of the law about work from Gostrud and the Ministry of Finance;";
in Item 12 of the word "including one first" to exclude.
