1. In the paragraph the second the subitem "an" of Item 1 of the word "in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "in the territory of the Russian Federation".

2. In appendix to the specified resolution:

a) in the name of the word "in the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "in the territory of the Russian Federation";
