No. 423-429, 859), DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Instruction about the reporting of licensed banks under some currency transactions approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 11 of January 22, 2009 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 47-48, 178), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 654 of February 21, 2009, to make the following changes and additions:

1) the Subitem h) Item 3 to state in the following edition:

"h) the report "Transactions according to agreements on the external loans / credits obtained by licensed bank" (appendix No. 8);".

2) According to the procedure of creation of the report "The transactions on purchase and sale of foreign currency performed by licensed bank" from appendix No. 2:

a) in Item 8, to add the subitem of e-1) with the offer of the following content: "This code is specified only in case of the transactions specified in column B under the RC or RV codes.";
