About approval of regulations on the state hospitals of veterinary medicine

According to the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine", I order to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 25, 2015 No. 1119,:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on district, city state hospitals of veterinary medicine;

2) Regulations on regional state hospital of veterinary medicine.

2. To provide to department of livestock production submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of veterinary medicine of Ukraine of October 28, 2008 No. 238 "About approval of the Regulations on the state hospitals of veterinary medicine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 20, 2008 at No. 1118/15809 (with changes).

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Minister M. Martynyuk.
