1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Procedure for compensation of actual expenses on copying or seal of the documents provided on demand on information which manager is Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport;

2) the Size of actual expenses on copying or seal of the documents provided on demand on information which manager is Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport.

2. To provide to public service of Ukraine on safety on transport:

1) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

2) promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of February 26, 2013 No. 115 "About approval of the Procedure for compensation of actual expenses on copying or seal of the documents provided on requests for public information which manager is the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport, and their size", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 14, 2013 for No. 417/22949.
