"8. The means which arrived for rendering services go for strengthening of material and technical resources of bodies of civil registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized persons, and also the means which arrived for rendering services by jamias of settlements and villages taking into account population to 10 thousand people in the amount of 50 percent, from 10 thousand to 20 thousand people at the rate to 40 percent, from 20 thousand to 30 thousand people in the amount of 30 percent and over 30 thousand people in the amount of 25 percent are used for strengthening of their material and technical resources. The means which arrived for rendering services by diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad are completely enlisted into their special account.
The instruction for forming and use of the means which arrived for rendering services by jamias of settlements and villages affirms the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
