2. To the relevant ministries and departments to perform the activities for requests within the Commonwealth of Independent States in compliance with provisions of the specified conventions.

Declare invalid the presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 12, 2005, No. 1572 "About approval of the List of the central, territorial and other authorized bodies on implementation of the direct intercourses according to the Convention between the states by members of the Commonwealth of Independent States about the legal help and legal relations with the civil, family and criminal cases signed of October 7, 2002 in the city of Chisinau".
