1. Form the Commission under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations in the field of human rights.
2. Approve the Provision and Structure of the Commission under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations in the field of human rights (appendices 1 and 2).
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 4, 2002, No. 79 "About formation of the Commission under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on ensuring accomplishment of the international obligations in the field of human rights".
