About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 590

- assistance to investors in ensuring obligation fulfillment of the relevant state bodies and legal entities;

- consideration of addresses of the investors on questions arising during implementation of investing activities in the Republic of Tajikistan and ensuring communication between the relevant state bodies and investors;

- development in accordance with the established procedure investment agreements and relevant agreements;

- acceptance and consultations of investors concerning the state services;

- reception of applications of investors for receipt of the state services, the help in preparation and execution of necessary documents for receipt of the state services and provision of results of the state services;
