According to Item of 1 part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services" and to Item 13 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. 1070 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services decided:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of October 18, 2005 No. 4802 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of activities for provision of financial loans at the expense of the raised funds credit institutes", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 6, 2005 at No. 1459/11739 (with changes);

2) the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of December 02, 2003 No. 146 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of activities of credit unions for provision of financial services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 25, 2003 at No. 1225/8546 (with changes).

2. To provide to department of regulation and supervision of credit institutes submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. Organizational administrative to provide to department promulgation of this order after its state registration.
