About the list of positions of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, the special state and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan replaced by faces of the highest officer and commanding structure

For the purpose of streamlining of assignment of military, special ranks, class ranks and qualification classes of the highest officer and commanding structure, according to Item 8 of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2011 "About law-enforcement service", Item 2 of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 13, 2012 "About special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Item 2 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2012 "About military service and the status of the military personnel" I DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed list of positions of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, the special state and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan replaced by faces of the highest officer and commanding structure.

2. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (marked "For office use").

3. Recognize invalid some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this Decree.

4. To the central state bodies and state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
