According to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of normative legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine I order:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of June 04, 2007 No. 381 "About approval of the Regulations on use of special technical devices in case of leave of the ethyl alcohol denatured (alcohol technical) for needs of the manufacturing companies of products of organic synthesis", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2007 at No. 666/13933.
2. To department of food (Kuts A. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on Ministrarukovoditel's deputy of the device Senya A. V.
