According to article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "About excise duty rates on ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages", in pursuance of Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2006 I ORDER to N788 "Some Questions of the Address of the Ethyl Alcohol Denatured (Alcohol Technical)":
1. Approve Regulations on use of special technical devices in case of leave of the ethyl alcohol denatured (alcohol technical) for requirements of the companies - producers of products of organic synthesis which is applied.
2. To department of the food industry (Kishchak Yu. P.) provide provision of the order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Gadzalo Ya. M.
