About recognition of the voided Order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of July 25, 2007 No. 96
According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 633, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I order:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of July 25, 2007 No. 96 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of rates for services of urban electric transportation (the tram, the trolleybus)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 7, 2007 for No. 906/14173.
2. To management of improvement of the territories and public service (Barinov N. A.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Ishutko of Page Yu.) submit this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Belousov A. L.
