According to Articles 9 and 14 "About urban electric transportation" I ORDER to the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve the Procedure for forming of rates for services of urban electric transportation (the tram, the trolleybus) which is applied.
2. To provide to department of urban electric transportation (V. V. Virchenko) together with Legal department (I. I. Krylov) provision of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister G. M. Semchuk.
