1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Culture and tourism of Ukraine of September 11, 2007 No. 111/55 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of tour operator and tourist's agency activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 28, 2007 at No. 1123/14390.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
