1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of tour operator and tourist's agency activities (are applied).

2. (Semkin S. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of licensing of the State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship (Ivanchenko O. B.) and Public service of tourism and resorts submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (Semkin S. V.) to provide to public service of tourism and resorts the publication of this order in mass media.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the State committee of youth policy, sport and tourism of Ukraine of 17.01.2001 N7/62 "About Approval of Licensed Conditions of Implementation of Economic Activity on the Organization of Foreign, Internal, Foreign Tourism, Excursion Activities" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.02.2001 for N103/5294.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine to M. I. Attack and on the deputy minister of culture and tourism of Ukraine on bonds with the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and other public authorities Kulinyak M. A.

1. General provisions

These Licensed conditions N1698 "About Approval of the List of Bodies of Licensing", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of N756 "About Approval of the List of Documents Which Are Enclosed to the Application for Licensing for Separate Type of Economic Activity" are developed of 04.07.2001 according to the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About tourism", "About consumer protection", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2000.
