Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out the competitive biddings by determination of contract organizations and suppliers of construction materials and the equipment for construction of available apartment houses according to updated standard projects in the rural zone (further - the Provision), according to appendix.
2. IK Kishlok kurilish invest LLC together with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, Gosarkhitektstroy, Goskomkonkurention of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other ministries, departments and the financing commercial banks to develop according to requirements of the Provision approved by this resolution in a month:
the standard tender documentation by determination of contract organizations for construction of available apartment houses according to updated standard projects in the rural zone on a turnkey basis;
the standard tender documentation by determination of suppliers of construction materials and the equipment for construction of available apartment houses according to updated standard projects in the rural zone.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas together with Gosarkhitektstroy and IK Kishlok kurilish invest LLC to create territorial tender committees by determination of contract organizations for construction of available apartment houses according to updated standard projects in the rural zone on a turnkey basis in a month.
