About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods compliance with obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and based on the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union(appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) according to appendix.

2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No.54) shall be added with notes 17C – 23C of the following content:

"17C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 15% of customs value, but is at least 1, 24 euros for 1 piece, is applied
from 01.09.2017 till 31.12.2017 inclusive.

18C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 7% of customs value, but at least 4 euros for 1 piece, are applied
from 01.09.2017 till 31.12.2017 inclusive.

19C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 7% of customs value, but at least 7 euros for 1 piece, are applied
from 01.09.2017 till 31.12.2017 inclusive.

20C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 5% of customs value, but is at least 0, 21 euros for 1 kg, is applied
