According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and based on the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of 17.08.2021 No. 100
2. Make to decisions of the Eurasian economic commission changes according to appendix № 3.
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than September 1, 2017.
