1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on accreditation of the organizations of health care conducting clinical trials of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix 1).

1.2. Regulations on Council for accreditation of the organizations of health care conducting clinical trials of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix 2).

1.3. Structure of Council for accreditation of the organizations of health care conducting clinical trials of medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix 3).

2. To heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Health of the KR to accept the approved Provision to execution.

3. Assign the organization of work on accreditation of the healthcare institutions having the right to conduct clinical trials of medicines, on Department of provision of medicines and MZ KR medical equipment (Shakirova G. A.).

4. To the Kyrgyz state medical institute of retraining and advanced training (Chubakov T. Ch.):

4.1. Develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure the curriculum and the program of training of specialists for performing clinical trials.

4.2. Provide the organization of carrying out cycles of training of specialists for clinical trials of medicines.

5. To impose control of execution of this Order on the deputy minister of health care of the KR Murzaliyev А.Дж.
