About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of preliminary anti-dumping duty concerning angle-pieces steel hot-rolled, coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of preliminary anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the angle-pieces imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union steel hot-rolled ravnopolochny shelf from 20 to 200 mm wide inclusive from carbonaceous, low-alloyed and alloyed (except for corrosion-resistant) became, 7228 70 100 0 CN FEA EEU coming from Ukraine, classified by codes 7216 21 000 0, 7216 40 100 0, 7216 50 100 0, 7216 50 990 0,, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure 4 months.

2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the preliminary anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by codes of the CN FEA EEU, and description of goods.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
