About approval of the Instruction about order of interaction of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations and the Security Service of Ukraine in the field of prevention of origin and emergency response

According to the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", "About fight against terrorism", "About legal regime of emergency state", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 15, 2013 No. 265 "About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of March 29, 2013 "Questions of counteraction to threats and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations", for the purpose of the organization of activities of single state system of civil protection, enhancement of interaction of public service of Ukraine for emergency situations and security service of Ukraine during mitigation of consequences of the emergency situations including caused by making of acts of technological terrorism, natural disasters and ecological pollution in the conditions of use of weapons of destruction of terrorist activities on the objects of the increased danger serviced by divisions and security service specialists of Ukraine we order:

1. Approve the Instruction about order of interaction of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations and the Security Service of Ukraine in the field of prevention of origin and emergency response which is applied.

2. To provide to public service of Ukraine on emergency situations submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
