employees of legal service are quarterly awarded in the amount of 5 percent from the amount collected according to the procedure of pre-judicial and judicial dispute settlement for benefit of state body and the organization, but no more 17,5 of the minimum wages in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. Approve:

official grades in compensation of employees of legal service of state bodies and the organizations of republican, territorial (regional) and district (city) level according to appendices No. No. 1, 1a and 1b;
