For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of June 11, 2008 No. 206/699 "About approval of Rules of sales of goods by mail", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2008 at No. 741/15432.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on deputy ministers of economic development and trade of Ukraine and the Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
