According to the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, of 15.06.2006 No. 833 "About approval of the Procedure of trading activity and rules of trade servicing of the population" and for the purpose of streamlining of sales of goods by mail we ORDER:
1. Approve Rules of sales of goods by mail which are attached.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine and the State committee of communication of Ukraine of 17.03.99 N 153/48 "About approval of Rules of sales of goods by mail", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.03.99 for N 193/3486.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine Bliznuk A. S. and the deputy minister of transport and communication of Ukraine - the director of State department concerning communication and Prozhivalsky O. P informatization.
