About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 743 of June 11, 2002

Based on the Law No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002 on compensation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 50-52, 336), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 743 of June 11, 2002. "About compensation of employees of the self-supporting companies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 79-81, 841), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution:

a) to add Item 1 after the fourth paragraph with the paragraph of the following content:

"The frequency rate coefficients recommended for establishment of official pay rates of the workers occupied at the companies which are not applying wages system on the basis of the Single Scale of Charges of Compensation (SSCC) according to appendix No. 4.";

b) to exclude the second paragraph of Item 2;

c) add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. As basis for differentiation of official salaries / the tariff charges depending on qualification, the professional training level and competence of the worker, and also from level of responsibility and complexity which is assumed by the carried-out obligations/works serves the guaranteed minimum size of the salary in the real sector.

The minimum official salaries / the tariff charges established owing to their differentiation according to the criteria specified in the previous paragraph, the following:

d) state Item 3 in the following edition:
