About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2007 No. 928

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 24, 2007 No. 928 "About procedure for carrying out verification of presence in requests for patent grant for the invention, useful model or industrial design, created in the Russian Federation, the data which are the state secret" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 53, Art. 6624; 2008, No. 21, Art. 2465; 2011, No. 37, Art. 5266; 2015, No. 10, Art. 1536).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Ratification of the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement on the International Registration of Industrial Designs".
