1. This Procedure determines the procedure of implementation of complex planned actions of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity (control) by state supervision bodies (further - complex action).
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity".
3. Complex actions are performed according to the plan of implementation of complex planned actions of the state supervision (control) of state supervision bodies (control) which affirms the order GFS and is published on its official site no later than November 15 of the year prior to planned.
4. Complex measures are performed by state supervision bodies (control) according to the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity".
5. The term of implementation of complex action cannot exceed ten working days, and concerning subjects of micro, small business - five working days.
