Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "About features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, Art. 7438; 2015, No. 27, Art. 4073; No. 45, Art. 6259; 2016, No. 2, Art. 327; No. 18, Art. 2634; No. 31, Art. 5033; No. 32, Art. 5126; No. 51, Art. 7405):

a) add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:

"legal entities who are specified regarding the 2nd article 1 of the specified Federal Law and are affiliated economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares belong to the state-owned companies created based on the Federal Law since July 1, 2017;
