About approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova

According to provisions of parts (1) and (2) Article 6 and parts (1) – (14) article 21 of the Law No. 57/2006 on grapes and wine (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes and amendments, article 22 of the Law on informatization and the state information resources No. 467-XV of November 21, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, article 16 of the Law on registers No. 71-XVI of March 22, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Create the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).

3. Maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova will be performed at the expense of means of National bureau of grapes and wine.

4. The registrar/subregistrar of the Grape and wine-making register will perform cooperation with bodies of local public authority of the first and second levels, Executive committee of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia for the purpose of ensuring necessary support for implementation of the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova.

4-1. The national bureau of grapes and wine quarterly constitutes the report on progress which contains updated data on grape plantings and the wine-making companies, and represents it to the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry in time which is not exceeding 10 days after the termination of quarter.
