1. Approve Changes in the form of the declaration of the excise tax and the Procedure for filling and submission of the declaration of the excise tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 23, 2015 No. 14 "About approval of form of the declaration of the excise tax, Procedure for filling and submission of the declaration of the excise tax" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 30, 2015 at No. 105/26550 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 26, 2016 No. 841) which are applied.
2. To provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
