1.3. the mark of conformity shall be executed by any method providing accurate and its clear image during all service life (the validity, storage) products;

1.4. the image of mark of conformity shall be one-color and contrast with color of surface on which it is applied;

1.5. the manufacturers authorized by them persons sellers (suppliers) of products shall mark it mark of conformity if products passed all Republic of Belarus established by the corresponding technical regulations of assessment procedure of compliance that shall be supported by the documents provided for the corresponding forms of assessment of conformity in National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus;

1.6. the mark of conformity if other is not established by part two of this subitem or the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus, is applied directly on products near information on the manufacturer, as a rule, on its fixed part, and also given in the operational documents attached to it.
