1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, the State committee of forestry of Ukraine, the State committee of Ukraine concerning housing and communal services of November 26, 2003 No. 124/422/194/201 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on wholesale trade by seeds", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2003 at No. 1099/8420.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
