WE ORDER:
1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on wholesale trade by seeds which are applied.
2. To department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva (Efremov O. V.), to Department of the markets of products of crop production and development of seed farming of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine (Lavrik O. M.), to Management of forestry of Goskomleskhoz of Ukraine (Romanovsky V. F.), to Management of improvement and public service of Goszhilkommunkhoz of Ukraine (Stetsenko Ya. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to department of the markets of products of crop production and development of seed farming of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine the publication of the order in mass media.
