Approve the Procedure for plan development of management of the river basin which is applied.

Procedure for plan development of management of the river basin

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of plan development of management of the river basin.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

organic substances - different connections which belong to organic acids, esters, phenols, humic substances, nitrogen-containing connections (proteins, amino acids, amines) and t. д;

biogenic substances - compounds of nitrogen, phosphorus, iron and silicon;

Representative conditions - the conditions reflecting condition of the surrounding environment in case of absence or the minimum anthropogenous impact;

diffusion sources - the dispersed sources of the contaminating and biogenic substances in water object by their washing away from the catchment area;

point sources - sources in the water objects of the contaminating and biogenic substances caused by their dumping;

objects of Emerald network - the special territories for preserving biological diversity created (determined) according to the Convention on protection of wild flora and fauna and environments of dwelling in Europe (The Bern convention).

Other terms are used in the value given in the Water code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About objects of the increased danger".
