About modification in "The rule of declaration of goods and the vehicles moved through customs border", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 22, 2014 No. 263

For the purpose of ensuring execution of part No. 1853 "About the additional measures connected with continuation of reforms in customs system" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides 3 Orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 4, 2016:

1. Make the following changes to part 2 "The rules of declaration of goods and vehicles moved through customs border", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 22, 2014 No. 263 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 7, Article 951, No. 12, Article 1653; 2015, No. 5, Article 615; 2016, No. 10, Article 1727):

1.1. give subitems 2.6.2 and 2.6.4 in the following edition:

"2.6.2. if the customs debt is not paid before confirmation of the customs declaration or along with confirmation of the customs declaration, the document confirming issue of guarantee on customs debt;

2.6.4. the license when importing remedies of plants and agrochemicals or during the importing, transit and export of precursors;";

1.2. cancel Item 2.6.5;

1.3 exclude from subitem 2.6.8 of the word", in case of their export - the phytosanitary certificate";

1.4. cancel subitem 2.6.9;

1.5. give subitem 2.6.13 in the following edition:

"2.6.13. in case of commodity importation on customs area, the document confirming country of source in the cases specified in Item 10.1 of the "Rules of determination of preferential and not preferential goods origin" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 14, 2014 No. 3.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 (thirty) days from the moment of publication.
