About modification of Item 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 2016 No. 567

1. Make change to Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 2016 No. 567 "Some questions of activities of the National agency on quality assurance of the higher education" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 70, of the Art. 2352), having stated the paragraph the fourth in the following edition:
"Accreditation of the directions of preparation and specialties in higher educational institutions according to the procedure, provided by the Regulations on accreditation of higher educational institutions and specialties in higher educational institutions and the highest professional schools approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2001 No. 978 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 32, the Art. 1491), is performed before completion of complete cycle of the educational activities performed by higher educational institutions and begun before entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 23, 2015 with No. 1117 "About approval of form of the certificate on accreditation of the educational program, procedure for registration, renewal, issue, storage and accounting of such certificates" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, by the Art. 103). During the specified period consideration of accreditation cases and decision making about issue of certificates on accreditation is performed by the Accreditation commission according to the Regulations on the accreditation commission approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 29, 2003 No. 1380 "About licensing of educational services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 36, Art. 1946; 2012, No. 65, Art. 2662).".
2. To the Ministry of Education and Science give methodical help to National agency on quality assurance of the higher education in preparation of regulations on accreditation of educational programs.
