About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 No. 77

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2013 No. 77 "About approval of Rules of industrial safety in case of development of mineral deposits by open method" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.03. 2014, 8/28253) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word of "industrial safety" shall be replaced with words "on ensuring industrial safety";
1.2. in Rules of industrial safety in case of development of the mineral deposits by open method approved by this resolution:
in the name of Rules of the word of "industrial safety" shall be replaced with words "on ensuring industrial safety";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules extend to the activities connected with development of mineral deposits by open method (except for fields of peat).";
in Item 2 of the word of "industrial safety" shall be replaced with words "on ensuring industrial safety";
