About the organization of carrying out public offer of shares on the stock exchange
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 17, 2017 No. UP-4933 "About Measures for Further Simplification of Procedures and Acceleration of Realization of Objects of State-owned Property for Use in the Entrepreneurial Purposes", and also for the purpose of implementation which are widely used in the international practice of forms of realization of objects of state-owned property and attraction on the stock market of general population the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept offers of the State committee on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition, the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also governing bodies of joint-stock companies and commercial banks on carrying out on pilot basis of primary (IPO) and secondary (SPO) of public offers of shares of joint-stock companies to the population and subjects of business activity according to the international practice.
2. Approve:
the list of joint-stock companies which shares are implemented by carrying out primary (IPO) and secondary (SPO) of public offers, according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure for carrying out primary (IPO) and secondary (SPO) of public offers of shares on the stock exchange according to appendix No. 2.
3. Determine that:
bid price of shares by carrying out primary (IPO) and secondary (SPO) of public offers of shares is determined by the organizer;
acquisition by one person (except the underwriter) shares of the joint-stock companies specified in appendix No. 1, implemented within this resolution, shall not constitute more 0,05 of percent from total quantity of implementable shares;
