About Council for electronic control and development of information and communication technologies ("Taz Koom") under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring coordination of activities of public authorities for project implementation "Taz Koom", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" decides the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Form Council for electronic control and development of information and communication technologies ("Taz Koom") under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve:

- Regulations on Council for electronic control and development of information and communication technologies ("Taz Koom") under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

- the scheme of management of Council for project implementation "Taz Koom" under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Council for information and communication technologies under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 3, 2013 No. 310.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
