About modification and amendments in some Resolutions of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

Based on the h. (2) Art. 7, Art. 87, h. (21) Art. 96 of the Law on the electric power No. 107 of May 27, 2016. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, Art. 413) and h. (2) Art. 7, h. (3) Art. 99 and h. (20) Art. 114 of the Natural Gas Act No. 108 of May 27, 2016. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, the Art. 415) for the purpose of optimization of the regulating basis in the field of calculation of rates and regulated prices for the electric power and natural gas, Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to the Resolution NARE No. 497 of December 20, 2012. "About approval of methodologies of calculation, approval and review of rates for services in electricity distribution and for regulated rates for electrical supply", the registered Ministry of Justice on February 19, 2013 at number 914, and in the Resolution NARE No. 678 of August 22, 2014. "About approval of Methodology of calculation and application of regulated rates for natural gas", the registered Ministry of Justice on October 7, 2014 at number 996 according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Department of rates and economic analysis of the National agency on regulation in power.

Changes and additions which are made to some Resolutions of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

I. In the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 497 of December 20, 2012. "About approval of methodologies of calculation, approval and review of rates for services in electricity distribution and regulated rates for electrical supply" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 42-47, of the Art. 241) to make the following changes and additions:
