1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of state registration of the capital processing equipment for production of ethyl alcohol;

changes which are made to the Rules of maintaining the unified state register of capacities of the capital processing equipment for production of ethyl alcohol or alcoholic products with use of ethyl alcohol and production of beer, beer drinks, cider, Poiré and mead approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2012 No. 724 "About maintaining the unified state register of capacities of the capital processing equipment for production of ethyl alcohol or alcoholic products with use of ethyl alcohol and production of beer, beer drinks, cider, Poiré and mead" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 30, Art. 4287; 2014, No. 12, Art. 1298).

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to approve in 2-month time the application form about state registration of the capital processing equipment for production of ethyl alcohol.
