About approval of the Regulations on the National pantheon

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the National pantheon.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations on the National pantheon

1. This Regulations on the National pantheon (further – the Provision) are developed according to the subitem 3) of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 1992 "About protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage".

2. National pantheon (further - the Pantheon) – the place for burial of the died (died) persons representing the architectural object of memorial value based for the purpose of perpetuating of memory of outstanding figures of the state, science, culture, and also persons which made contribution to development of Kazakhstan.

3. The pantheon is under authority of local executive body of the capital in the territory of Nour-Sultan's city.

4. The territory of the Pantheon includes:

1) memorial building;

2) the museum of memory (the 20-21st centuries) with monument "Memory wall";

3) administrative, economic and auxiliary buildings;

4) nadmogilny constructions;

5) park and adjacent zones.
