According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2015 to No. 998-r "About measures for perpetuating of memory of defenders of Ukraine for the period till 2020" and for the purpose of the organization of carrying out search works on installation of unknown places of burials and names of persons, the dead, the died (missing persons) when conducting anti-terrorist operation in the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, exhumation and transportation of bodies (remains) of the dead, their reburial, determination of tasks, obligations and order of interaction of subjects which are involved in these activities, we ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for search and transportation of bodies (remains) of the dead, the died (missing persons) when conducting anti-terrorist operation in the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which is applied.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
