1. Ask Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring in the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Privatization program of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2017" of June 29, 2015 No. 5408-V the following amendments:

in the Privatization program of state-owned property in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2015-2017 approved by the above-stated resolution:

add with Item 13-2 of the following content:

"13-2. The list of the state companies which are subject to transformation to economic societies with the subsequent privatization of the state block of shares (share) in the authorized capital, is determined according to appendix 5 to this Program.";
