About purchase and sale of the parcels of land

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on standard price and about procedure for purchase and sale of the earth of N1308-XIII of July 25, 1997. (The official monitor, 1997, Art. N57-58, 515) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic Moldova

1. Determine that:

a) purchase and sale of lands of public property (except for the lands which are in use of gardening partnerships, and lands of the reserve fund intended for needs of social development of settlements) in each case is performed by bodies of local public authority from the government authorization in the following procedure:

the buyer (physical person or legal entity) represents to primeriya of municipium, the city, village (commune) the statement for purchase of land on the sample given in the appendix N 1 (the copy is transferred to district council);

the primeriya of municipium, the city, village (commune) in 10-day time considers the application and in case of the positive solution of question in writing reports to physical person or legal entity about need of preparation of materials on permission of purchase and sale of lands;

the commission on the choice of the site for purchase and sale is appointed by executive body of the county (municipium), the commission chairman - примар (vice-примар) communes, villages, the cities, municipium.

If the site is used under construction - the commissions are included representatives of competent services of the county (municipium), and the choice of the site is performed according to the Regulations on procedure for provision of lands approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N246 of May 3, 1996.
