About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 9, 2010 No. 181 "About creation of the Commission on protection of intellectual property rights".

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 2010 No. 1399 "About entering of amendment and change into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 9, 2010 No. 181".

3. Item 4 of changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2011 No. 600 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 40, the Art. 510).

4. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 10, 2012 No. 12 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 9, 2010 No. 181 "About creation of the Commission on protection of intellectual property rights".

5. Item of 3 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2012 No. 369 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 38, the Art. 516).
